What Medicare plans can I get from UnitedHealthcare?

A Medicare Advantage (Part C) plan combines the benefits of Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) with extras like dental, vision, hearing and prescription drug coverage.

A Dual Special Needs plan (D-SNP) includes care coordination and additional benefits1 for people who qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid.

A Chronic Special Needs plan (C-SNP) is for people living with specific chronic or disabling long-term health conditions.

A Medicare Supplement insurance (Medigap) plan helps pay some of the costs not covered by Original Medicare (Part A and Part B).

A Medicare Part D prescription drug plan helps pay for prescription drugs. You can combine a Part D plan with Original Medicare or a Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan.

An Institutional Special Needs plan (I-SNP) is for people who live in a long-term care setting, such as a skilled nursing facility.

An Institutional-Equivalent Special Needs plan (IE-SNP) is for someone who receives skilled nursing care at home or in assisted living.
